Getting started
Go to app.gocirvex.com/register, enter your company, work email and a password (8+ characters). You'll receive a verification email — click the link to activate the account, then sign in at /login. Didn't get the email? Check spam, or use "Resend verification email" on the login screen.
The left sidebar groups everything: Overview (KPIs and recent activity), Verification (run and browse checks, clients), Monitoring (transactions, AML, sanctions), Reports (SAR/STR, analytics, export), and Settings (AML rules, API keys, account). Your current plan is shown at the bottom.
Verifications
Open Verification and click New verification. Choose the type — KYC (identity), KYB (business), Age, or AML screening — optionally add a client name and country, then Create. On paid plans this opens the hosted verification flow; the result appears in the list once complete.
Cleared / Verified — the check passed. Review — a borderline case that needs a human decision. Flagged / Failed — the check did not pass (e.g. a sanctions hit or document mismatch). Pending — still in progress. Every decision is logged immutably for audit.
On the Free/demo plan, verifications are simulated and stay pending — no external flow is opened, so you can explore the dashboard safely. On paid plans, checks run against the real provider (Veriff) and return live decisions.
API & keys
Go to Settings → API keys and create a key. Choose the environment: Test keys are for integration and never touch real data; Live keys run real checks. On the Free plan only Test keys are available — upgrade to issue Live keys. Copy the key when it's shown; it isn't displayed again.
Send a POST to /v1/verifications with your key in the Authorization header and a body containing the subject, checks (kyc, aml, age) and jurisdiction. Full reference is at docs.gocirvex.com. Endpoints are rate-limited; if you hit a 429, back off and retry.
Team & account
In Settings → Team, invite a teammate by email and pick a role. Owner and Admin can manage the team and settings; Member has standard access. Invitees get an email to set their password and join your organisation.
Under Settings → Account you can update the company name and white-label domain, and change your password (current + new, 8+ characters). Your account email is fixed — contact support to change it.
Plans & limits
Each plan includes a monthly verification allowance (Verify ~500, Comply ~2,000, Scale ~10,000, Enterprise unlimited). When you reach it, the dashboard shows a notice; new verifications are paused until you upgrade or the next cycle begins. Your current usage is shown on the Verification page.
See plan details and pricing on the pricing page, or open a ticket below and we'll help you pick the right tier and switch you over.
